As a dual South African and Australian citizen, Shane has worked across the globe at leading agencies such as Ogilvy Johannesburg, DDB Sydney, Clemenger BBDO Melbourne, and VMLY&R Australia, connecting people and brands through creativity.
His work has earned over 200 awards locally and internationally, including Golds at Cannes Lions, multiple Grand Prix at Spikes Asia, and accolades from D&AD, One Show, The ANDYs, SXSW, AWARD, and the Effies. As a two-time Creative LIAisons coach, Shane is passionate about nurturing emerging talent, helping them unlock their creative potential. He has also contributed as a jury member for New York Festivals, Madstars, Webbys, and Adforum PHNX Awards, championing creative excellence on a global stage.
