CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation requests must be done in writing to Noi@ADFEST.com
Delegate registration cancellation will not
automatically cancel your hotel reservation* (if applicable)
*Delegate is responsible for any hotel cancellation fees directly with the hotel.
REFUND POLICY:
Cancellation Period:
Cancellation made by 31st January 2025 is entitled to 50%
refund*
Cancellation made by 20th February 2025 is entitled to
25% refund*
Cancellation after 20th February 2025 is not entitled to refund, but replacement delegates are permitted.
*Delegate is responsible for any bank charges for the refund
No-shows will not be refunded
Refunds* will be processed after the
Festival
Any request for replacement delegate registration must be done in writing to Noi@ADFEST.com
