This Session is an open discussion allowing Production Houses owners & Producers in Asia to showcase some of the main strengths or specificities of each shooting destination,
while learning about production capabilities and processes in other Asians’ territories,
and enabling more trans-border collaboration opportunities in order to keep proposing efficient production solutions to Clients & Agencies.

It’s all about having a better understanding of the local production execution insights in the Asian Region, & initiate potential production collaboration projects:    
  • Pre-Production, & Production Processes         
  • Production Capabilities (studio capacities, virtual prod., motion control, remote shooting, casting…)
  • Key crew skillsets (Directors, DOP, Prod. Designers…)
  • Logistic, Location, Landscapes, Climate
  • Production Incentives

For Production Company Owners, Executive Producers or Producers based in Asia, interested to learn more about the production capabilities and processes across Asian territories.

What To Prepare?:

This is an open discussion, where each participant is encouraged to share their company’s Unique Selling Proposition (USP) to highlight what their company and production destination have to offer and showcase their local production execution insights. The presentation should consist of 2 slides including:
  • Slide 1: Company Intro
  • Slide 2: Showcasing the main USP of each production location

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

This session will be chaired by Lien Dang & Yann Williot, Co-founders & Managing Partners of ME Group Asia.

Before joining Production, Lien Dang accumulated 10 years of experience in the Events & Advertising industry in Vietnam.

Yann came to Vietnam in 2005 working as producer for various productions houses.
In 2007 they co-founded ECHO Films as a TVC Boutique Production House, for the Vietnamese market while increasingly producing content for multiple Agencies & Production Houses in Asia.

In 2020, together with Tony Nguyen & Phuong Tran, from MAY Production, they co-founded ME Group, Vietnam’s leading Commercial Production Hub.

ME Group is home of 3 Production Houses, 1 Photography Studio, 1 TableTop / Motion Control Studio, & 1 Social Media Content Agency, with presence in Singapore & Bangkok.
