Malcolm Poynton joined Cheil Worldwide as Global Chief Creative Officer in 2015. The agency is thriving creatively under his leadership. “We work really hard at fostering great creativity,” he says. “I think what really inspires our creative teams all around the world is to find new ways of looking at very sophisticated technologies and what we can do with them to ensure that we are using them in a way, and creating things with them, that have a very human side to it.”
