Augmented Reality enhances experiences. It combines the real world with visual, auditory, or touch elements to give a deeper, richer experience. It is not new but it has evolved. It’s sharper and has also embedded itself in the ever-growing phenomenon of gamification. Reels are valuable tools for connecting with audiences. Like all tools, they must be used well to be effective.
This workshop, hosted by META’s SEA -TH team, will focus on discovering more about AR and Reels. How they can be used to reach, connect with, and influence target audiences. It will show you what AR has become, including real-world examples of AR and gamification. The Reels section will examine case studies from around the world and hack a brief for the session - Create your own Reels. Winners will receive a special prize from META.
The course goals are to understand how to develop engaging AR and Reels; to explore best practice case studies from all around the world; to play with AR gamification that has already been used in the real world; and practise developing your own reels with guidance from our experts.
The Step Into AR & Reels workshop is open to 30 registered ADFEST delegates only and pre-registration is required. The workshop will be held on Friday 24 March at 14.30.17.30 at Room Pattaya 3 of PEACH, Royal Cliff Hotels Group.
