ADFEST has chosen the international creative leaders who will preside over its juries at the ADFEST Lotus Awards 2025. The juries will be led by Susan Credle, Interpublic Global Creative Advisor and Grand Jury President and Creative Strategy Lotus, Effective Lotus, INNOVA Lotus and Sustainable Lotus, who will also preside over the Lotus Roots with the other Jury Presidents.
Judging will take place just before “COLLiDE” at ADFEST 2025, held Thursday 20 – Saturday 22 March 2025 at the Pattaya Exhibition and Convention Hall (PEACH) at the Royal Cliff Hotels Group in Pattaya, Thailand.
Susan Credle commented, “I always find running juries a master class in creative. To
be able to spend time with the jury presidents running these juries promises to
be on the PHD level of learning. Can’t wait for us all to push each other as we
discuss the work that stands out in our industry.”

Susan Credle’s creative
career in advertising has been focused on a quest to lift people up and infuse
the industry with diversity and best-in-class creative. She is a leading creative
champion for the advertising industry, helping IPG attract and nurture a
diverse pool of global creative talent. Arriving at FCB in 2016, Susan
reignited the creative fire within the network by creating a culture that leads
to strong creative outcomes. She believes that great creative is an economic
multiplier for talent, agencies, and clients. During her tenure as Global
Chief Creative Officer, FCB North America was named the Cannes Lions North
America Agency of The Year in 2019, 2020/2021, 2022 and 2023, won Global
Network of the Year in 2020/21.The network was also ranked the #1 Creative
Agency for Effectiveness in the WARC Effective 100 in 2023, listed on Fast
Company’s Most Innovative Agencies in 2022, named Adweek’s 2020 Global
Agency of the Year, and ranked the #1 Global Network on The Good Report in
2020. Prior to joining FCB, Credle spent over six years as CCO at Leo
Burnett, Chicago, and began her career at BBDO New York when she joined in 1985
as an intern. She and her partner launched the comedic ensemble of M&Ms
characters which kickstarted her inexorable rise to the top of the
industry.

Sulin
Lau is one of the industry’s most broadly experienced marketers, gaining
knowledge and understanding from a vastly diverse career that has culminated in
overseeing the brand of software development company, Grab, since 2019, leading
B2C and B2B marketing across all APAC countries for the last three years. She has also led brand strategy teams at
BBDO APAC and DDB Asia, was Managing Director at Ogilvy & Mather and OgilvyOne Kuala Lumpur, Head of Marketing Services
and eCommerce at Malaysia-based telecommunications company, Maxis, for four
years and Facebook’s SEA
Head of Agency Partnerships between 2017 and 2019.
Sulin commented, "Founded 27 years ago,

DESIGN
LOTUS AND PRINT & OUTDOOR CRAFT LOTUS:
Raj firmly believes that the true
potential of creativity and technology is finding human centric solutions for
the biggest brands. He has cultivated a distinctive reputation over the years
for driving impactful innovations for some of the country’s iconic brands. His
work on P&G brands such as Missing Chapter for P&G Whisper, has
facilitated change in the age-old Indian education system and enabled the
world’s largest school program for girls. His work on Smart Farms for
PepsiCo Lays revolutionised farming with the help of AI to increase food
security for the country. Raj believes that creativity is the currency for
developing nations and his work has demonstrated that. He and his team are
currently working with some of the country’s largest brands to deliver
high-impact solutions for gender ergonomics for farming, water sustainability,
girl child education, healthcare, female hygiene and more. Raj’s Humankind
approach to creativity has led Leo Burnett India to win multiple Grands Prix at
the industry’s most prestigious international shows.

DIGITAL
& SOCIAL LOTUS, DIGITAL CRAFT LOTUS AND MOBILE LOTUS:
Noriaki joined Dentsu Inc. in 2009,
initially working as a digital producer before transitioning to planning. He is
now Executive Creative Director of the Future Creative Lead Office, a newly
established division at Dentsu in 2024, where he oversees all areas of
communication, from video to events, and develops campaigns that leverage his
communication expertise and adaptability in the digital age. Noriaki
specialises in communication design that incorporates his keen understanding of
audience behaviour on social media. His array of industry awards includes a
Grand Prix as well as awards at Cannes Lions, D&AD, and One Show.
Additionally, he has lectured on brand communication both in Japan and
internationally.
Noriaki commented, “ADFEST is a celebration of creativity that beautifully reflects
the diverse cultures of various Asian countries. Every year, it delivers a
refreshing array of surprises that inspire and engage. The Digital & Social
Lotus, Digital Craft Lotus, and Mobile Lotus are categories that especially

LOTUS, MEDIA LOTUS AND PR LOTUS:
As the Head of
Global Business Marketing SEA and Marketing Solutions APAC at TikTok, Anny
Havercroft spearheads initiatives that educate, inspire and connect businesses
with TikTok's dynamic ecosystem, fostering creativity and growth. Before
joining TikTok, Anny held senior leadership roles including Director of Brand
Innovation & Marketing at Yahoo, where she pioneered cutting-edge
strategies, and led digital transformation efforts in major media agencies
across the UK and Australia. Her accolades include being included as one
of CMO Magazine Australia’s Top 50 CMOs in 2020 and in B&T’s
Best of the Best Top 10 Commercial Directors in 2023. A passionate advocate for
startups and scaleups, Anny actively mentors female entrepreneurs and serves in
board and advisory roles, championing innovation and equity in the business
community. These include SXSW Sydney, Trendii, Dame Changer, Advvy and Angel
Investor, where she has been active for nearly nine years.

CRAFT LOTUS AND NEW DIRECTOR LOTUS:
Un, Wuthisak Anarnkaporn is a six-time
International Grand Prix-winning film director and the founder of Asia’s
leading production company, FACTORY 01, that he launched in 2014. He has won
Gold, Silver, and Bronze in the Film category at Cannes Lions for three
different projects from three different countries within the same year. Asia’s
most awarded comedy director brings his own flair for innovative filmmaking to
the ADFEST jury, as well as his impeccable attention to detail. Un’s deep
understanding of film comes from both sides of the creative process. He began
his career as an agency creative at Y&R, Ogilvy & Mather and TBWA
agency, CreativeJuice\Bangkok,
before signing with The Film Factory, Bangkok, as a director.
Wuthisak
commented, “The Film-Craft category is all about making great ideas
‘feelable’. Let’s find and share stuff that really inspires the industry.”

Reed Collins’
understanding is exceptional. He is one on very few chief creative officers who
have worked across five continents. Originally from Australia, Reed Collins has
been based in Hong Kong for over 10 years and is responsible for the creative
output of all the Ogilvy offices across APAC, working with internationally
famous brands such as Coca Cola, Mondelez, Spotify, Nestle, Ikea, Yum,
Unilever, Telenor and Shiseido. Under his leadership, Ogilvy has earned APAC
Regional Network of the Year accolades at the One Show, Clios, LIA, D&AD,
Cannes Lions and the Effies over the last 5 years, including the first ever
Cannes Lions Grand Prix for both Pakistan in 2021 and Singapore in 2024. He was
Creative Leader of the Year in 2023 and 2017 by Campaign Magazine Asia and was
the most awarded creative in the world back in 2001 for his Fox Sports campaign
according to the Gunn Report. As an extra honour, Reed’s work is also featured
as part of the permanent collection at the MoMa NYC.
