ADFEST says HI with its
2024 theme, Human Intelligence.
With the rise of AI,
the question being asked frequently of whether machines will replace humans is inescapable.
However, innate human qualities of imagination, curiosity, and creativity
cannot be replaced or replicated. The human wisdom promises endless potential
and possibilities and AI will become an indispensable tool for Human
Intelligence.
The fitting theme was
developed by Alice Chou, Chief Creative Officer from Dentsu Creative Taiwan,
Jury President of the Brand Experience Lotus and Direct Lotus at ADFEST 2023
and member of the ADFEST Collective Advisory Board. It signifies the importance
of the fundamental and crucial ingredient of creativity, the human touch.
“We must approach the
new world issues brought by AI with greater wisdom, using Human Intelligence to
contemplate the solutions that creativity can offer. HI, obviously is also
the friendly and warm greeting to establish new relationships and interactions,”
says Chou.
Vinit Suraphongchai,
Chairman of ADFEST adds “HI not only captures the importance of Human
Intelligence in the Age of AI, but it very aptly captures the spirit of ADFEST.
And what better way to symbolise creativity than the human brain. We very much
look forward to saying HI to everyone in Pattaya again.”
ADFEST 2024 will be held Thursday 21 - Saturday 23 March at the Royal Cliff Hotels Group in Pattaya.
Is the rise of
AI a threat?
Not if we move
forward with our right foot and left brain.
Human Intelligence.
The irreplaceable power of people, of individuals, create sums
greater than the whole. Our innate emotions, instinct, imagination, curiosity,
languages, and uninhibited creativity allow us to connect the unconnected, and
think beyond the logical.
AI is
the essential tool with its infinite possibilities.
HI is
the indispensable power that makes it all possible.
We create, that is
what we do.
Join us to say HI
with heart at ADFEST 2024.
