If you haven’t yet checked out ADFEST’s live photo stream – powered by VPhoto – make sure you download the official ADFEST app.
Based in Shanghai, VPhoto is the world’s
first global cloud photography platform, and it’s here at ADFEST live streaming
photos from this year’s festival. A team of ADFEST photographers is busy
snapping photos of our speaker sessions, parties, award ceremonies and
exhibitions. You might even spot yourself among the crowd.
VPhoto cooperates with over 4,000 photographers whose services cover 176 Chinese cities and 16 other countries.
Founder, Michelle Cao, is here at ADFEST. Yesterday she presented a session called A Picture Says A Thousand Words, where she explained how VPhoto is subverting the conventional photography industry and enabling new opportunities for agencies.
Cao founded VPhoto in 2015 and the company
has grown so quickly, she is now known as the “Queen of internet images from
China”. In her life before VPhoto, she was the Head of R&D Finance and
Controlling of a Global Fortune 500 company (Asia Pacific) with a master’s
degree in Finance.
