Joyce Ling is the Chief Strategic Transformation Officer of VML China, she has had a successful 22 year career with LVMH, Razorfish, Michael Kors, Tory Burch, Publicis.Sapient, and Accenture Interactive, where she led business transformation, brand marketing, communications, and data intelligence that made business impact on over 100+ brands across the Asia region altogether with a strong focus on Greater China. She holds a strong international reputation across the network, and is often appointed specifically by client CMOs in the global HQ. 

Joyce’s experiences reach across multiple industries including but not limited to Retail, Luxury, Fashion, FMCG, Consumer tech, Beauty, B2B, Health, Travel, and Lifestyle brands. Before appointed to this role, she was the CSO for JWT, Managing Director at Accenture Interactive, Vice President of Strategy at Publicis.Sapient(Sapient.Razorfish) and Razorfish under Publicis Groupe.

In her brand side past life, she was formerly the Vice President of marketing communications for Michael Kors Greater China, and General Manager for Tory Burch.  

Apart from her professional dedication, she is a regular leadership empowerment and industry speaker at The Shanghai AmCham and a lifestyle writer with two Amazon China bestselling books.
