Pao! Phairat is the co-founder of Choojai & Friends, an independent agency driven not by profit maximization, but by a mission to balance commercial work with social impact projects. His team dedicates equal time to meaningful causes, collaborating with organizations like UNHCR, Operation Smile, and SOS Children’s Villages, alongside a diverse portfolio of commercial clients.
In 2024, Choojai was recognized as Independent Agency of the Year at Spikes Asia, ADFEST and ONE Asia, a testament to his commitment to purpose-driven creativity. With over 22 years in advertising, Phairat has earned accolades including Gold Cannes Lions, Yellow D&AD Pencils, and a Grand Prix at ADFEST and Spikes Asia, accumulating more than 100 national and international awards. He has served as a Film and Entertainment judge for Adman (AdPeople Awards) since 2017, including as Head of Judges, and as a jury member for ADFEST in 2020 and 2021.
Outside work, Phairat enjoys exploring great food and discovering hidden culinary gems. He’s a cycling enthusiast who makes time for regular rides, often fueled by a love of coffee. A passionate football fan, he’s always ready to share match-day excitement or chat about the latest games.
