Over the last decade, Mahima has built some of DDB’s biggest businesses and shaped some of the most widely awarded campaigns. She got the Indian women’s cricket team equal cheer—just by making women ask men out on Bumble. Turned an entire city into shoplifters to launch a heist movie. Made a fictional town the hottest vacation spot to sell a murder-mystery show. And inspired millions of fence-sitters to start making reels—without making a single reel herself.

She was one of 30 women handpicked for DDB Worldwide’s Phyllis Project, a global initiative dedicated to closing the gender gap in leadership. She also made it to IMPACT Magazine’s Top 30 Under 30 list - twice. She’s not under 30 anymore. Darn it.

When she’s not ghosting meetings that should’ve been emojis, she’s ditching travel plans to stay home and binge the cringiest reality shows she can find.
