Boon’s foray in the advertising industry started after his stint as A&R manager with EMI and Atlantic Records in Malaysia in the 90s. He ran Rediffussion Music in the early 90s and founded Bumble Bee Studios, Malaysia in 1997. Moving to Jakarta, Indonesia in 2004, he founded Bumble Bee Studios Indonesia and established itself as one of the top audio houses serving the advertising industry till today.
