CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation requests must be done in writing to Noi@ADFEST.com
Delegate registration cancellation will automatically cancel your hotel reservation * (if applicable)
*Delegate is responsible for any hotel cancellation fees directly with the hotel.
REFUND POLICY:
Cancellation Period:
Cancellation made by 31st January 2023 is entitled to 50% refund*
Cancellation made by 23rd February 2023 is entitled to 25% refund*
Cancellation made after 23rd February 2023 is not entitled to refund, but replacement delegates are permitted. Any request to amend delegate registration must be done in writing to Noi@ADFEST.com
No-shows will not be refunded
Refunds* will be processed after the Festival
*Delegate is responsible for any charges incurred for the refund.
